$750 per Week + tax
$2000 per Month + tax

November 1st- April 30th,2008:
$ 1250 per week + tax
$ 3500 per Month + tax

50% deposit required to hold unit. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If arrival is in less than 30 days full payment at time of booking

Cancellation Policy :
Full refund of deposit if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. Less than 30 days forfeits deposit.

ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING AND SUBJECT TO FLORIDA STATE BED TAX OF 11.5%
