May 1st - October 31st:
$850 per Week + tax
$2500 per Month + tax

November 1st- April 30th:
$ 1500 per week + tax
$ 4000 per Month + tax

20% down to hold the cottage, balance due upon arrival. No Credit Cards accepted.

Cancellation Policy :
Full refund of deposit if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. Less than 30 days forfeits deposit.

ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING AND SUBJECT TO FLORIDA STATE BED TAX OF 11%

WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE MOST WELCOME. SORRY, NO CATS
