The cottage has a private outdoor area, surround sound throughout with an MP3 docking station, cherry hardwood and travertine marble floors, stone walls, flat screen televisions in all bedrooms and a living room. Two private local telephone numbers, and two zone central air conditioning.

Rates based on 7-night booking.

May 1st - October 31st:
$1,000 per Week + tax
$3,000 per Month + tax

November 1st- April 30th:
$1,600 per week + tax
$5,000 per Month + tax

50% deposit required to hold unit. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If arrival is in less than 30 days full payment at time of booking

Cancellation Policy :
Full refund of deposit if canceled 30 days prior to arrival. Less than 30 days forfeits deposit.

ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING AND SUBJECT TO FLORIDA STATE BED TAX OF 11.5%

WELL BEHAVED DOGS ARE MOST WELCOME. SORRY, NO CATS
